Job Description:

As a Lead Generation and Skip Tracing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, as well as locating individuals for various purposes. You will utilize your research skills, attention to detail, and persistence to support our sales and operations teams. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company’s success by ensuring we have a robust pipeline of qualified leads and accurate information on individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and relevant information.

* Analyze and report on lead generation and skip tracing metrics to optimize processes.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices for lead generation and skip tracing.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in lead generation and/or skip tracing.
* Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using lead generation tools, databases, and CRM systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Familiarity with relevant legal and ethical guidelines for skip tracing.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience is preferred in Lead Generation and Skip Tracing
* Knowledge of advanced search techniques and tools (e.g., LexisNexis, TLOxp, etc.).
