Position Overview
We're seeking a results-driven Social Media Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our Meta advertising campaigns across
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive Meta advertising strategies
Create, manage, and optimize
Design effective boosted post strategies to increase organic reach
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters
Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analytics reports
Manage advertising budgets and ensure optimal cost-per-acquisition
Stay current with Meta's advertising policies and platform updates
Required Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite
Proven track record of managing ad budgets of $10K+ monthly with demonstrable ROI
Meta Blueprint certification or equivalent platform expertise
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics,
Proficiency in creative tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution models
What We Look For
Portfolio of successful campaigns with specific metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates)
Experience with audience segmentation and custom/lookalike audience creation
Knowledge of
Ability to write compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions
Understanding of organic social media to complement paid strategies
Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize accordingly
Preferred Experience
Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
Understanding of sales funnel optimization
Experience with marketing automation tools
