Sales Support (Chat/DM Specialist)

I’m looking for a reliable and proactive tea ---------- mber to join my business as a Sales by Chat/DM + Admin/Backend Support. My business is a photography & education brand, and I need someone who is confident in client communication, organised with backend systems, and eager to grow with me long term.

This role is for you if you:
- Enjoy building genuine connections through chat/DMs
- Are detail-oriented and love organising systems + processes
- Have strong written English skills (clear, friendly, professional)
- Can confidently follow scripts but also adapt messaging with personality
- Are resourceful, quick to learn, and tech-comfortable

Responsibilities:
Sales by Chat/DM:
- Reply to incoming DMs and enquiries on Instagram/Facebook
- Proactively reach out to leads (using templates provided)
- Qualify leads, ask questions, and nurture them into bookings
- Track leads in spreadsheets/CRM

Hours & Pay:
- Starting at 5 hours per week (with potential to increase)
