# Job Brief
The HR & Admin Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Administrative functions of the company. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in ensuring smooth and efficient support across HR processes, documentation, and employee services.

# HR Admin Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance with company policies.
• Lead in recruitment by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and handling candidate communications.
• Facilitate onboarding and off boarding processes, including documentation and contracts.
• Track attendance, leaves, and intern time logs; prepare HR reports as needed.
• Organize and host employee engagement activities and company events online team-building activities (Summer, Halloween, Christmas events)
• Track and announce holidays
• Update and announce changes to the Employee Handbook
• Provide administrative support such as correspondence, asset tracking, vendor coordination, and ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (Preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative support (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of HR systems and procedures
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in ClickUp and Slack; familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
