We’re looking for a creative mind to join our team and help produce high-performing ad creatives using AI-powered tools.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create engaging banners and video ads for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google campaigns.
• Use AI tools to speed up creative production
• Edit, optimize, and adapt creatives to fit various formats and placements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new concepts and test ideas
• Analyze performance of creatives and improve based on results

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong creative eye and understanding of visual storytelling
• Experience creating ads (static & video) for mobile apps
• Familiarity with AI design/video tools
• Basic understanding of performance marketing (CTR, CVR, etc.) – big advantage
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and iterate quickly
