Job Overview:

We are a rapidly growing company dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clients. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Client Success Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role ensures the efficient management and timely completion of jobs while fostering strong relationships with our business clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams to streamline operations and exceed client expectations in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing updates, and managing job requests to ensure seamless communication.
- Job Scheduling: Assign engineers to tasks based on job requirements and client needs, ensuring the right resources are allocated.
- Monitor Job Progress: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing status updates and ensuring any changes are communicated clearly and promptly.
- Job Reporting & Invoicing: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of service reports and invoices, including handling any adjustments or additional job requirements.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and meet service level agreements (SLAs). Proactively escalate and resolve any issues as they arise.
- Account Management: Address client queries, maintain accurate records, and complete administrative tasks specific to each client.
- Job Adjustments: Manage communication and approval processes when jobs require additional time or resources beyond the original estimate.
- Service Quality: Monitor and uphold high service standards, ensuring work meets or exceeds client expectations.

Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in customer service, account management, or job scheduling, particularly in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries and job requests professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and clients in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and job management software.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate across departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in dispatch, operations, or B2B client services, especially within service-based industries.
- Knowledge of client account management, job reporting, and invoice processing.
- Comfortable using multiple software platforms with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing effective solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
