THIS POSITION REQUIRES FLEXIBILITY TO WORK BOTH REGULAR AND GRAVEYARD SHIFTS
We are a U.S.-based organization providing professional services to government agencies across the globe. We are currently hiring a Customer Service Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team.
Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, coordinating, and onboarding qualified candidates for a variety of roles, particularly in support of federal and government contracts. You must be proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
General Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST)
There may be additional work required outside of these hours or on weekends. You must be flexible and available to work extended or alternate hours as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Exceptionally sharp, proactive, punctual, detail-oriented, and organized
Comfortable engaging in conversations via Zoom throughout the day
Fluent in spoken and written English; excellent communication skills
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Demonstrated experience sourcing on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.
Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Excel, Word, and Outlook
Comfortable conducting phone and video interviews
Ability to manage high-volume recruiting across multiple roles and deadlines
Strong internet research and digital organization skills
Familiar with compliance and documentation best practices in hiring
“Get things done” attitude and ability to independently track tasks to completion
Able to work under pressure and meet urgent staffing deadlines
