Job Responsibilities

Active participation in the strategic technology planning process, including developing goals, objectives, strategies, and tools
Project management and breakdown of projects into tasks and subtasks to plan timelines
Managing and quality checking projects using different technologies.
Could you communicate with developers, designers, clients and stakeholders?
Communicating business requirements from clients and translating them into technical deliverables
In charge of documentation at different stages of projects
Opportunity to work on projects with clients from all over the world. This means broad exposure to tech projects, but you may need to work off office hours.
This requires both strategic thinking and execution of details.


What we are looking for in you

Degree/ Poly Diploma/ ITE Certification in tech or design field.
Problem-solving skills and possessing a strong sense of ownership of one's work
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
Enthusiastic about technology and looking to grow in the field
Highly organized, driven and able to prioritize competing priorities
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent understanding of business operations, People skills and ability to learn fast.
Most importantly, you should possess a positive attitude and is open to learning new skills.
Must be able to work with the coders and know coding so you can explain things technically to them
Must be able to code if required.
Must know the tools required to test security, code quality and integratability


Good to have (A plus)

Certificates in Scrum
Project management experience in or outside of the tech industry
Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Fredcamp, Notion, Asana, Monday)
Experience working in global teams
Plus to have a knowledge of technologies, UI/UX, Any Programming language, Digital tools or frameworks and infrastructure
