You will utilize the Indeed platform and other recruitment tools to identify, attract, and onboard skilled professionals who will deliver exceptional laundry services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

*Collaborate with the management team to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
*Post job openings on the Indeed platform and other relevant channels to attract potential candidates.
*Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
*Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
*Conduct background checks and verify references for potential hires.
*Negotiate terms of employment and facilitate the hiring process, including drafting offer letters and managing onboarding
procedures.
*Maintain accurate records of applicants and hiring activities using our applicant tracking system.
*Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our hiring process.
*Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
