Cold Caller for a Realtor (Direct Client)

We’re hiring a motivated Cold Caller with experience working with realtors or real estate agents to join our Maryland team! You’ll make calls, set appointments, and drive business growth. Full-time role with bonuses after 90 days.

What You’ll Do:
- Make 200–250 daily calls using Brivity’s dialer.
- Promote listings and invite neighbors to open houses.
- Call FSBOs, expired listings, and network contacts to set appointments.
- Prospect around active listings.
- Stay professional despite rejection.

What We Need:
- Cold calling experience with realtors or real estate agents.
- Clear phone voice, minimal accent.
- Proven ability to set appointments and convert leads.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and organized.

Pay & Schedule:
- $800/month base pay.
- Performance bonuses after 90 days.
- Paid bi-weekly via Wise.
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM EST.

Confident, disciplined, and experienced with realtors or agents. Rejection fuels your drive to grow our real estate business.
