Outreach & Publishing Coordinator
About the Role
We are hiring a highly organized Outreach & Publishing Coordinator to expand the entrepreneur’s network and manage publishing tasks. This role combines relationship-building, research, and execution. The right candidate is disciplined, detail-oriented, and persistent without being pushy.
Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to contacts & prospects to book 15-minute calls
Build relationships within real estate & education networks
Upload books & audiobooks to publishing and distribution platforms
Track outreach, follow-ups, and publishing timelines
Coordinate with Executive Assistant & Content Manager to align efforts
Qualifications
3–5 years experience in outreach, lead generation, or coordination roles
Strong communication skills (written + spoken English)
Familiarity with CRM tools & outreach tracking software
Organized, persistent, and able to manage deadlines independently
Experience with book or content publishing preferred
Demonstrated reliability in prior contractor roles
Technical Requirements
Internet speed: 15+ Mbps down / 5 Mbps up (wired preferred)
Backup internet connection
