Schedule: ~4 hours/week, on any day Mon–Sat between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (exact time is flexible by arrangement)

What you’ll do
- Set up and troubleshoot Windows PCs: assemble/upgrade parts, install OS & drivers, apply updates, install standard software.
- Do basic admin tasks: change computer name, set local/user accounts, configure printers/scanners, Wi-Fi/LAN, and shared folders.
- Support Microsoft 365 basics: Outlook sign-in, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint sync, network printers.
-Perform routine fixes: slow PC, no-boot, audio/webcam, antivirus, Windows Update, simple network issues.
-Keep a simple device log and note what you did in our Teams channel after each visit.
Must-have skills
-Comfortable building a computer and replacing common parts (RAM/SSD), installing Windows 10/11 and apps.
-Knows how to rename a PC, install drivers, connect to networks/printers, and follow a checklist.
-Can be physically on-site in La Paz, Iloilo City for at least 4 hours/week (Mon–Sat, 8 AM–5 PM window).
-Reliable, organized, and communicates clearly.
Nice to have (optional)
-Basic networking (routers, IP/DHCP), Azure AD/Microsoft 365 admin, SharePoint/OneDrive, remote tools (AnyDesk), backup/imaging.
-Own basic toolkit (screwdrivers, USB installer, thermal paste, etc.).
Pay & perks
