Part-Time eBay Virtual Assistant (Listing, Research, Photo Editing)

I am seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in eBay product listing, keyword research, and pricing analysis. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for long-term work and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

List products on eBay with accurate details, item specifics, and optimized keywords

Research market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive listings

Edit product photos when necessary (basic cleanup, resizing, enhancing quality)

Assist with store organization and other related e-commerce tasks

Requirements:

Must have prior eBay listing experience (required)

Knowledge of keyword research and eBay SEO best practices

Ability to perform light photo editing (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools)

Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills in English

Reliable internet connection

Nice to Have (but not required):

Experience with online selling platforms other than eBay

Experience with crosslisting software such as Primelister, Vendoo or Nifty.ai

Familiarity with Dropbox or other online file storage programs

Familiarity with Trello

Workload & Schedule:

You will be working with a US-based employer, but hours are flexible. You do not need to match US time zones, as long as the work is completed on schedule.

You will be responsible for preparing 100+ eBay listings per week

Hours are flexible — you don’t need to work every single day, as long as there are enough drafts ready for me to publish daily.

Expect about 1–3 hours of work per day to start, with potential for more when inventory and sales increase.

Compensation:

Part-time position (flexible hours)

Starting at $2.75 USD/hour

Trial period (2–4 weeks) — if performance is great, the role becomes long-term

Bonuses available based on accuracy, efficiency, and sales growth

Opportunities for pay increases after proven reliability and performance

This position will start with a paid trial period. If you're a good fit, this will become a long-term role with opportunities for bonuses and raises.
