Salesperson / Sales Opener

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Opener to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating the sales process with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and SMS outreach. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in creating a strong first impression, building interest, and setting the stage for our sales closers to finalize deals.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls, send emails, and text messages to prospective customers.

Qualify leads by gathering essential information and gauging interest.

Present a compelling introduction to our products/services to capture attention.

Schedule follow-up calls/appointments for the sales team.

Accurately track and update lead information in the CRM.

Maintain consistent communication with prospects to nurture early relationships.

Achieve daily/weekly activity goals (calls, emails, SMS, appointments booked).

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing preferred but not required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable handling high volumes of outreach across multiple channels.

Ability to quickly build rapport and convey enthusiasm.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured processes.

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
