Sales Operations & Support
• Coordinate daily sales activities, including lead tracking, CRM updates, and pipeline reporting
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in collaboration with sales reps and finance
• Schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-ups across time zones
Customer Relationship Management
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
• Monitor customer satisfaction and flag opportunities for upselling or retention
• Assist in onboarding new clients with tailored documentation and welcome kits
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Liaise with marketing for campaign alignment and lead generation tracking
• Partner with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy
• Support finance with invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation
Process Optimization
• Identify bottlenecks in sales workflows and propose Lean-inspired improvements
• Maintain and refine CRM systems, templates, and reporting dashboards
