AI agent implementation specialist

Job Title: AI Automation Specialist (Zapier/Make + API Integrations + Node.js)
About Us

We are a fast-growing group of businesses in distribution (food & beverage logistics) and car rentals (Turo + private fleet rentals), based in Hawaii. We are building AI-powered automation agents to streamline operations across multiple companies (order desk automation, guest messaging, cash flow forecasting, etc.).

We already have a starter kit and workflows mapped out, and we are looking for a tech-savvy implementer to set it up, connect APIs, and make everything run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Deploy and configure our AI Agents Starter Kit (Node.js + Express + Docker).

Connect APIs and webhooks for:

QuickBooks Online (invoices, AR/AP)

inFlow Inventory (stock + orders)

RentCentric (car rentals)

Turo (guest messaging, pricing)

Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp)

Google Sheets/Slack (dashboards & notifications)

Build automation flows in Zapier or Make (Integromat) where possible.

Create custom middleware/API calls where Zapier/Make doesn’t support.

Implement daily/weekly reports (cash flow, fleet utilization, delivery performance).

Ensure security best practices (API keys, webhooks, error handling).

Document workflows and provide clear SOPs for ongoing operations.

Qualifications

Strong experience with Zapier and/or Make (Integromat).

Solid Node.js/JavaScript skills (Express, REST APIs).

Familiarity with QuickBooks API, inventory systems (inFlow or similar), and car rental/booking platforms is a plus.

Experience deploying apps with Docker (basic setup).

Knowledge of Twilio SMS/WhatsApp integration.

Comfortable working with OpenAI API (ChatGPT) or other LLMs.

Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Reliable, communicative, and proactive problem-solver.

Work Setup

Remote work (Philippines-based).

20–40 hours per week (flexible, with possibility to go full-time).

Must be responsive during overlapping hours with Hawaii (HST).

Paid weekly via OnlineJobs.ph or direct method.

Compensation

$800–$1,200 USD/month (full-time) depending on experience and skillset.

Bonuses for successful milestones (e.g., working prototypes, production launch).

Long-term position possible as we continue to scale AI agents across all businesses.
