CUSTOMER SERVICE -

CUSTOMER SUPPORT- You will be calling clients that have inquired about our services. Updating/uploading client information to basic software. Communicating with owner and updating him with any potential clients. Making follow up calls and keeping clients/appts up to date in company software. Training will be provided and our system is an easy step by step process that needs to be followed.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER- You will be answering the main phone line for customer service, taking messages or directing the call to the appropriate department. Maintaining the general email folder and replying to customer inquiries and comments. Follow up with past clients for testimonials and positive reviews. Post multiple Craig list adds daily, report to owner regularly with phone/email messages.

We are a loyal company and looking for the right fit to create a long term employee. Good English will be a requirement.
Salary based on experience and position filled.
