Job Description -
We are Oasis Property Management, a short- and mid-term rental company based in Texas, managing multiple Airbnb and VRBO properties. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help streamline operations, support guest management, and assist with company growth.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Guest Management: Respond to guest messages, monitor check-ins/check-outs, review and dispute feedback under 4 stars.
Operations Support: Confirm cleaner schedules in Turno, check inventory, follow up on missing items, and ensure common areas are maintained.
Financial Tracking: Update weekly financial trackers, log reservations, ensure cleaner/owner/vendor payments are scheduled and confirmed.
Property Management: Assist with onboarding new properties and employees, create contracts, maintain logs (maintenance, cleaning, and supply restock).
Growth & Marketing: Research events for Wheelhouse pricing optimization, manage Furnished Finder accounts and inquiries, manage company social media accounts, and optimize listings.
Recurring Tasks: Monitor lock/camera batteries, adjust pricing, and confirm that all listings are up-to-date.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Previous experience in Airbnb/short-term rental support preferred
Tech-savvy (familiar with Airbnb, VRBO, Turno, Uplisting, Wheelhouse, Wheelhouse, Google Sheets, and social media)
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable
