Need a web designer who can work with adobe illustrator, photoshop, wordpress

Guys,

I need 1 web designer who can work with the above 3 software and can design web pages/blog posts. By designing I don't mean the wordpress theme, but designing the content.

1 & 2 are of the same blog post, 1 is the before version and 2 is the after (designed) version of the same blog post and I want the person that I'm going to hire, to be able to do the same. We have 4 pages (3 blog posts and 1 web page) in that dropbox folder, please go through it to get an idea of what I'm looking for.

This is the exact job:

1. You'll get a blog post/web page to design
2. You need to read the content to understand what it is about and plan the graphics accordingly
3. Create the graphics using the free graphics available at freepik.com & iconfinder.com (for this, you need to use adobe illustrator & photoshop)
4. Update the blog post/web page in the wordpress backend with your graphics.

This would be a part-time position for now as we're just started and can be converted to a full time position if the business goes well.
