The Role
We’re looking for a versatile in-house Graphic Designer who can design scroll-stopping static ads and bring them to life with vector arts and illustrations. You’ll be working directly with the founder and creative team, shipping ads and assets seen by millions of consumers.

What You’ll Do
Design high-impact ad creatives (static, carousel, story, and other formats) for Meta and other platforms
Create custom vectors and illustrations tailored to fast growing consumer brands.
Work with copywriters and the creative director to brainstorm and execute new concepts
Adapt creative assets across multiple placements and formats
Stay ahead of design and content trends in DTC and social media advertising

What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years of design experience, ideally in DTC, e-commerce, or digital agency environments
Proficiency with Creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and Affinity.
Comfortable working with vector graphics and illustrations.
Understanding of performance-driven creative (what makes an ad convert, not just look pretty)
Ability to work fast, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
English-proficient, reliable, creative thinker who’s excited about testing new ideas and iterating based on results

Bonus Qualifications
Experience designing UGC-style ads or TikTok/Reels native content
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or other paid media platforms
Vector graphics / illustration chops
