Key Responsibilities:
Personal Social Media Management (Primary Focus):
- Create, schedule, and post consistent weekly content (posts, reels, stories, and videos) for Real Estate CEO and Head Lending Officer's personal social media pages.
-Recruiting focused posts. Motivational, informative, and posts that will generate interest to join our real estate team or lending office.
-Repurpose existing content (image and video) into engaging formats (short-form video clips, graphics, captions).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages when appropriate, and flag anything requiring direct attention.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to keep branding/style consistent.
Recruiting Support:
- Research and discover potential recruits via social media platforms (primarily for company, with possible expansion to brokerage).
- Send and manage initial recruiting outreach messages and monitor responses (including from Lending Officer’s profile when directed).
- Track responses and coordinate with recruiters to ensure follow-up systems are clear and streamlined.
Additional Tasks (as needed to fill full-time role):
-Assist with additional social content creation (graphics, short videos).
-Support administrative tasks tied to social/recruiting (reporting, light data entry, maintaining content/recruiting calendars).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Prior experience in social media management (especially
- Content creation skills (Graphic Creation, Video editing: Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Comfortable with outreach, messaging, and engaging with people professionally online.
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to follow processes consistently and collaborate with company departments.
Communication & Expectations:
- Reporting: VA reports directly to the Marketing Director.
- The recruiting team may collaborate on recruiting, but will not be the point of oversight.
Check-Ins:
Meetings with Marketing Director to review content/recruiting progress.
Collaboration: Employee will need to work closely with Real Estate CEO & Lending Officer for approvals on personal social content, while the Marketing Director provides structure, training, and accountability.
Hours: Ideally, 8 AM – 5 PM EST overlap, or at least 4–5 hours of overlap with U.S. working hours daily.
English/Communication: Must be fluent in written/spoken English, comfortable holding conversations with recruits via message/chat.
Payment: You will be paid at a rate of $6 per hour according to our pay periods:
- 1st Pay Period: 11th - 25th
- 2nd Pay Period: 26th - 10th
- Payments will be made via PayPal on the 15th and 30th of each month. You will submit an invoice via Jotform for each pay period, the day after the period ends for approval.
- Payment is sent via PayPal.
