JOB OVERVIEW

Digital Life Technologies is a boutique technology firm based in Sydney which provides telecommunications labour hire and recruitment services. A technical resourcing consultant role is available to start immediately. The role will be suited to an wireless or fixed network engineer with some sales experience, however, it is still open to wireless or fixed engineers who do not have sales experience. Training will be provided! You will also receive a base salary, commissions, and 10 days holiday and sick leave entitlements.

We're looking to take on a Technical Recruitment Resourcer to provide support to our Principal Consultant in Sydney. The role is working remotely into the Australian telecommunication market and placing telecommunications engineering professionals (RAN, RF, Site acquisition, design, structural engineering, Transmission, Fixed network engineering and construction, cabling technicians, to name a few of the typical roles we work on) . Sales calls to potential clients are not part of this role but you will be speaking with candidates daily. A base salary and great commissions are on offer.

We're experts in the wireless and fixed engineering market and need someone with experience in that field to join. You will be a creative thinker who likes to take on challenges. You will also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be happy to talk on the phone a lot.

Key tasks:

• writing adverts and posting on multiple advertising channels
• searching for candidates using online databases
• responding to applications
• maintaining the database
• interviewing candidates via skype
• sending resumes to clients, doing resume ‘write ups’
• reference checking
• administering contracts
• Lead generation activities
• Find and prepare great candidates to 'reverse market' to potential clients

Strict targets are required to be met.
