Black Rose Practice Management (BRPM) is hiring a Sleep Practice Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This is not a data-entry VA role. This is a patient-facing, revenue-driving position for someone who understands sleep medicine, can speak confidently with patients, and can manage the operational backbone of a sleep-focused dental/medical practice.


What You’ll Do:

Insurance & Billing Leadership:

Verify medical insurance eligibility, benefits, and pre-authorizations.
Submit clean claims, track payments, and resolve denials.
Answer financial questions clearly, without jargon.
Provide accurate reporting and billing metrics to client practices.

Referral & Operational Flow:

Manage referral pipelines, ensuring specialists, dentists, and PCPs stay aligned.
Support credentialing and payer enrollment.
Use Jotform, SharePoint, VoIP, Microsoft Office, and EHRs to keep workflows seamless.

What We Expect:

Experience required: Prior background in sleep medicine, dental sleep, DME, or medical billing. If you’ve explained AHI and coverage to a patient before — you’re who we want.

Patient-facing confidence: Fluent, empathetic, and persuasive in English (written, phone, and video).

Insurance expertise: Comfortable navigating the medical vs. dental insurance divide.

Independence: Able to take logins, SOPs, and ownership — no handholding.
