Location: Remote (Work U.S EST hours – 9am-5pm)

We are looking for a highly motivated QA Specialist with 5+ years of experience in quality assurance. Experience in U.S cleaning companies is a big plus! This is your chance to make a real impact by helping a team grow, perform better, and deliver outstanding results to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure company standards are met.
- Conduct audits of calls, processes, and performance to ensure quality standards.
- Provide feedback and coaching to tea ---------- mbers for continuous improvement.
- Track quality metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify improvements and drive success.

What We’re Looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
- Background in U.S cleaning companies preferred.
- Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Available to work in U.S EST hours consistently
