Job Overview:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with influencer and creator outreach on TikTok. The main goal is to connect with skincare-focused creators and secure promotion deals for our skincare app. You will be responsible for sourcing creators, doing outreach, and handling initial negotiations. You must be fine scrolling tiktok and finding these influencers manually instead of using other software!

Responsibilities:
Research and find skincare influencers/creators on TikTok.
Follow, email, and DM creators to introduce our app and pitch collaborations.
Negotiate reasonable rates for promotions (based on our budget).
Pass along confirmed and qualified opportunities to our team for final approval.
Keep a clear record of all outreach and communication.

Requirements
Strong written English communication skills.
Experience with influencer outreach or virtual assistance (preferred but not required).
Familiar with TikTok and the skincare/beauty niche.
Organized, reliable, and able to track multiple conversations.
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
