POOL CONSTRUCTION MARKETING AGENCY SEEKING EXPERT META ADS SPECIALIST
We're a new, management consulting firm specialising in scaling premium pool construction companies to multi 6-figure monthly revenues. We're looking for a backend fulfillment specialist to handle all Meta advertising and funnel systems.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
Base: $200/month per active client
Uncapped client capacity (scale as much as you can handle)
Performance bonuses based on KPI achievement
Base rate increases with consistent performance (up to $500/month/client)
Extra pay for systems-building & automation projects

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Campaign Management & Optimisation:
Build, launch and scale high-performing Meta ad campaigns for premium pool builders
Produce high-converting static and video ad creatives at a pristine standard
Write compelling ad copy for luxury/premium positioning
Continuously optimise ad copy, targeting, and creative assets
Manage campaign budgets and scaling strategies

Funnel & Landing Page Development:
Build high-quality, conversion-optimised landing pages
Create educational quiz funnels that qualify and nurture leads, before AND after booking
Design booking systems optimised for high intent and show rates
Set up tracking, analytics, and conversion reporting

Backend Systems & Automation:
Build end-to-end lead nurturing inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
Build automated follow-up systems in GoHighLevel
Develop educational sequences to prime leads before sales calls
Implement AI chatbot systems for lead qualification

Service Delivery Optimisation & Productization:
Create standardised templates and workflows for maximum efficiency
Build systematic processes that reduce manual work and increase throughput
Develop automated quality control checkpoints
Design scalable systems that allow you to handle more clients without proportional time increase
Document and systematize all processes for consistent delivery
Build dashboard and reporting automation to minimize manual reporting time

Client Onboarding & Launch Process:
Extract all necessary information from onboarding forms/calls
Prepare all marketing assets for client approval
Execute smooth campaign launches once approved
Provide regular performance reporting and optimisation recommendations

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
PRIMARY: Proven experience with pool construction/installation companies (preferred)
SECONDARY: Outdoor living/remodeling construction experience
MINIMUM: Home remodeling/construction industry experience
Strong portfolio of Meta ads case studies in construction/home improvement
Expert-level GoHighLevel experience
Advanced landing page design/build capabilities
Video and static creative production skills

Collaboration: You’ll work directly with our strategy lead for MAJOR approvals, but otherwise have full autonomy in execution.
