Hiring Coordinator

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hiring Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain compassionate and skilled caregivers who are committed to providing exceptional in-home care to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Confirm appointments in applicant platform ASN
• Create interview schedule
• Review applications and submitted documents
• Interview prospective caregivers via video call
• Send hiring paperwork
• Update applicants’ profile in Wellsky with hiring paperwork info
• Announce new hires to company via email
• Update portion of agenda for weekly status meeting
• Keep familiarity with carer team
• Issue terminations as directed by team
• Conduct weekly pre-employment training for newly hired caregivers

Schedule: Fully remote; 30 hours a week (20-25 hours interview slots, 5-10 hours office work/meetings.

Qualifications:
• College degree
• Proven experience in recruiting, home care, and/or customer service
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Ability to multitask
• Familiarity with ASN and Wellsky platforms a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 OneDrive
