About Us
We run multiple international dropshipping e-commerce stores (Shopify Stores) and are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. Our stores sell in different markets (US/EU) and require fast, professional, and empathetic responses to customers. This is a long-term role for the right candidate. (Starts as part-time until we see you are a good fit for the team)
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries ONLY via
Manage order tracking, returns, and complaints.
Use tools like Shopify Inbox
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners when needed. (in the long term plan)
Keep clear records of customer interactions. (Google Sheets)
Suggest improvements to customer support processes.
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
Excellent written & spoken English (near-native level).
Strong communication skills with polite, empathetic tone.
Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) and own laptop/PC.
Computer literate (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, order systems).
Previous customer support experience (preferably in e-commerce or dropshipping).
Availability to work across different time zones (US/Europe).
Fast response time (customers should get an answer within 1–2 hours).
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
Great to Have (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with Shopify, (WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms).
Familiarity with customer support tools (Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, Crisp).
Ability to manage multilingual markets.
Knowledge of order fulfillment coordination.
Experience writing or improving customer service SOPs.
Social media moderation experience (handling comments, DMs).
What We’re Looking For
Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
Calm and patient personality, able to handle difficult customers.
Someone with long-term stability (not job-hopping).
Applicants who can show references from previous employers are a plus.
