Social Media Strategist & Video Editor (TikTok, IG, FB, YouTube)

Hi there! We're looking for a highly creative and organized Social Media Strategist to lead our content efforts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Your primary role will be the "brains" behind our content operation. You will be responsible for researching what works, developing a content plan for both video and static posts, and writing engaging scripts for our on-camera talent.
This is a remote, flexible Part-Time position, perfect for a seasoned expert looking for a dynamic role (estimated 15-20 hours per week)

Your Responsibilities Will Be:
*Content Strategy: Develop and manage a detailed content calendar for all major social platforms.

*Static Content Strategy: Plan and outline static graphic content (e.g., Instagram carousels, informational posts, banners) that aligns with our overall brand message.

*Trend Research: Constantly research and identify viral trends, sounds, and content formats that align with our brand and will resonate with our audience.

*Scriptwriting: Write clear, compelling, and platform-specific scripts for our spokesperson to use during filming.
Content Coordination: Work with our team (on-camera talent and video editor) to ensure content is produced and delivered on schedule.

*Posting & Community Management: Write engaging captions, schedule posts, and monitor engagement across all channels.
Performance Analysis: Analyze content performance and use the data to refine and improve your strategy.

What We're Looking For:
~Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, specifically with a focus on video-first platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
~A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to grow accounts and generate engagement.
~Scriptwriting and copywriting skills.
~A deep understanding of the nuances and algorithms of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
~You are proactive, an excellent communicator, and highly organized.

Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro. This is a huge plus but not a requirement for this role.
Graphic Design Ability: Experience creating polished graphics using tools like Canva or the Adobe Suite. This is a big plus.
