B2B/B2C Appointment Setter (Instagram DM Cold Outreach, US Market)

We are looking for a Professional B2B Appointment Setter to run our Instagram DM outreach campaigns with out own built tool and convert cold prospects into booked appointments for our American clients.

This role is not for beginners. We need a pro who can:

Write and optimize outreach scripts that actually convert.

Execute the full process daily with consistency and precision.

???? Responsibilities

Appointment Setting (Core)

Create and refine outreach scripts (openers, follow-ups, objection handling).

Run daily cold outreach campaigns via Instagram DMs.

Qualify leads, build rapport, and convert to booked appointments.

AI-Assisted Optimization

Use AI (ChatGPT or similar) to test different messaging angles.

Optimize prompts to improve response and booking rates.

System Execution

Manage outreach with multiple accounts via AdsPower + proxies (training provided).

Ensure daily consistency (7 days a week, flexible hours).

Data & Reporting

Track KPIs (DMs sent, replies, appointments booked, show-ups).

Report results daily in our dashboard (Airtable or internal system).

Growth & Innovation

Spot opportunities for better targeting, new outreach angles, and creative testing.

Provide feedback to improve scripts, flows, and campaign strategy.

???? Requirements (Must-Have)

? Proven B2B appointment setting background (2+ years, cold outreach only).

? Experience creating appointment-setting scripts that convert.

? Excellent written English (American market focus).

? Sales-driven mindset: able to lead conversations naturally to a booking.

? Comfortable with AI tools and prompt optimization.

? Consistency: available 7 days a week (daily execution required).

? Data-driven: skilled at reporting and tracking KPIs.
