Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo) – Spanish Beauty Brand

We are a fast-growing beauty e-commerce brand on Shopify, selling exclusively to a Spanish-speaking audience.
We're already using Klaviyo, but it’s not fully optimized – and we’re looking for a professional with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to help set everything up from scratch.

Initial Project Scope:

We need someone to:

Audit and fully set up Klaviyo for our store

*Build advanced segmentation strategies

*Create and automate flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)

*Design branded email templates

*Set up and optimize campaigns

You must be able to estimate the number of hours required for the full setup.

Ongoing Work (Part-Time)

After the initial setup, we need 5–7 hours per week to:

*Monitor performance

*Improve flows

*Launch email campaigns

*Optimize deliverability and results

Compensation:

We pay hourly only (no fixed-price bids)

You will estimate the time required for the full setup

We will continue working part-time (5–7 hours per week) on an hourly basis after setup is complete

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Klaviyo experience

Experience with Shopify email marketing

Proficient in segmentation, flow logic, and template design

Fluent in English

Reliable, organized, and a proactive communicator
