Content Project Manager – Singapore-Based Marketing Agency

Your Mission:

You will ensure that all content projects are delivered on time, polished to perfection, and aligned with client expectations. You’ll work closely with writers and designers, editing content for grammar, structure, and overall readability, while keeping projects on schedule.

What You Bring:

- 3+ years of experience managing content projects, editorial teams, or creative workflows at a high-quality publication or 7-figure agency.
- Proven ability to edit and proofread content with excellent command of English grammar, style, and structure.
- Strong experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or ---------- .
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience coordinating writers, designers, or other creative tea ---------- mbers.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently.
- Familiarity with content production processes, content calendars, and workflow optimization.
Bonus: experience with SEO content, social media content, or digital marketing campaigns.
