irtual Assistant / Appointment Setter (Fitness Coaching Business)

???? What You’ll Do

Send outreach DMs daily (Instagram mainly) using scripts provided
Use a VPN to log into accounts safely (VPN subscription provided if needed)
Track all conversations in Google Sheets/CRM
Follow up with prospects to keep convos alive
Eventually, handle qualifying questions & book calls into my calendar
Report daily results (messages sent, responses, calls booked)

???? Pay Structure
Starting base: $3–5/hr (depending on experience)
Bonus commission per booked & qualified call (extra $5–10/call to start)
Opportunity to move into a full-time appointment setter role with higher commission

? Requirements

Strong written English (comfortable in chat-style convos)
Reliable internet + responsive during agreed hours
Must use VPN (we’ll provide access or require you to already have one)
Coachable, willing to follow scripts and improve with feedback
Organised and consistent — this is about high daily activity
Bonus: Experience with Instagram DMs, lead generation, or sales

???? Daily KPI Workflow (4 Hours)

Hour 1
? Clear ongoing messages (reply to open convos)
? Send 20 outbound DMs (new convos started)
? Break: 5 minutes

Hour 2
? Send 60 outbound DMs (new convos started)
? Respond to ongoing replies / new replies
? Break: 10 minutes

Hour 3
? Send 60 outbound DMs (new convos started)
? Respond to ongoing replies / new replies
? Break: 10 minutes

Hour 4
? Follow up with 60 ghosted convos (24h–72h old)
? Respond to ongoing replies / new replies
? Break: 10 minutes

Outbound Messages per Day: 200–220 (new convos started)
Follow Ups: 60/day
Total Convos Handled: ~300/day
Goal: Push qualified leads ? book into calls
