Virtal Assistant - Solar Designer/Estimator & CRM Management

We’re looking for a Virtal Assistant with extensive solar industry experience to support our sales and customer management processes. You’ll use Pylon software to prepare accurate solar quotations and manage customer interactions and workflows via Go High Level.

This is initially a part-time role (approx. 4–6 hours/day) with long-term potential to move into a full-time position in a company that values transparency, efficiency, and collaboration. Learn more at ???? ----------

Responsibilities:
? Prepare and customise solar quotations using Pylon ? Manage customer records, pipelines, and follow-ups using Go High Level ? Coordinate with our Australian team to ensure quotes reflect current pricing, rebates, and compliance ? Maintain clean CRM data and support automation workflows (email/SMS campaigns, reminders) ? Provide general admin support across quoting, scheduling, and client onboarding.

Qualifications:
?? Minimum 1 year experience in the solar industry (quoting or customer support preferred) ?? Proficiency in Pylon software and Go High Level (or similar platforms) ?? Excellent written and verbal English communication skills ?? Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently ?? Familiarity with Australian solar rebates and battery systems is a plus ?? Reliable internet connection and home office setup
