Translation & Localization Coordinator (Content Project Management)

About us
We’re a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce company running multiple beauty & lifestyle brands across 16+ international markets. To grow further, we need someone to help streamline our translations and keep our creative/content flow running smoothly.

The role
This is a coordination role — you won’t be the one doing all translations, but you’ll manage the process: working with translators, using AI tools (ChatGPT), and making sure the final text is ready to hand over to designers and marketers.

What you’ll do
- Coordinate translations from English into multiple languages (EU markets).
- Communicate with freelance translators and deliver clear briefs.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, DeepL, etc.) for draft translations when needed.
- Review and proofread translated content for accuracy, consistency, and formatting.
- Prepare final translated texts and hand them over to designers/marketers.
- Track deadlines, manage translation files, and ensure everything is delivered on time.
- Keep translation memory and glossaries consistent across markets.

What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, content management, or similar admin roles.
- Strong English skills (written & communication).
- Experience in content coordination, project management, or VA roles.
- Detail-oriented: you can spot inconsistencies and formatting issues.
- Good communication skills — you’re comfortable managing translators.
- Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets, project tools, and AI tools.

Nice to have
- Background in translations, localization, or content editing.
- Experience working with e-commerce or marketing content.
- Any knowledge of European languages (not required, but a plus).

Work setup
- Part-time to start (20h/week), with possibility to grow into full-time.
- Remote.
- Flexible hours, but must overlap at least 2–3h/day with European time (Vilnius, GMT+3).
