Notion & ClickUp Automation Expert

At Nordic Sculpt, we are building a global beauty tech brand dedicated to bringing integrity to the beauty industry. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Notion & ClickUp Automation Expert to help us streamline our operations and empower our teams with smart, well-structured systems.

Responsibilities
Build, customize, and maintain advanced Notion and ClickUp workspaces to support business operations.
Create clean, scalable dashboards, databases, and templates that ensure clarity and efficiency for the team.
Audit and optimize existing setups to improve workflow, team collaboration, and project tracking.
Implement and maintain basic automations (using native tools or third-party integrations like Zapier/Make) to reduce repetitive tasks.
Provide support and training for tea ---------- mbers on best practices for using Notion and ClickUp.
Stay up-to-date with new features and recommend improvements to maximize productivity.

Requirements
Proven expert-level experience with Notion and ClickUp, including system architecture, database design, and workspace management.
Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing successful setups and workflow improvements.
Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or native automations). Deep automation expertise is not required, but you must be comfortable learning and applying solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills in English, able to explain technical setups in simple terms.

This role is best suited for individuals who have already mastered Notion and ClickUp system-building. If you are just starting out or lack hands-on experience in designing complex workspaces, this may not be the right position at this time.
