Junior Graphic & Video Production Designer (Ad Localization / Social Media)

About us
We’re a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce company operating multiple beauty & lifestyle brands across 16+ international markets. Our team is driven by performance and creative excellence — and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Designer to help us scale campaigns faster.

The role
This is a production-focused design role — you won’t need to invent big creative ideas, but you’ll be the one making sure our ads and visuals are localized, adapted, and ready to run across markets. Think of yourself as the person who keeps our creative engine running smoothly: fast turnarounds, pixel-perfect adjustments, and reliable delivery.

What you’ll do
- Adapt existing ad creatives (graphics & videos) for different markets (change languages, text overlays, captions, CTAs, logos, currencies).
- Export ad variations into correct formats/sizes for Meta, TikTok, and other social channels.
- Create simple graphics (banners, thumbnails, email visuals) based on brand templates.
- Add subtitles/captions to videos using provided scripts.
- Organize and manage design files for fast re-use.
- Work closely with senior designers & marketers to make sure assets are delivered on time.

What we’re looking for
- 1+ year of experience in graphic design or video editing (internships/freelance ok).
- Basic proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and at least one video editing tool (Premiere, After Effects).
Strong attention to detail — you can follow brand guidelines and make accurate edits.
- Fast learner, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive production work.
- Able to handle feedback and iterate quickly.
- Comfortable communicating in English (all briefs provided in English).

Nice to have
- Experience adapting creatives for e-commerce / social media.
- Interest in marketing/ads performance is a plus.
