We are seeking a highly motivated assistant to support our e-commerce operations during a trial period, with the potential for ongoing, long-term work if successful.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email/chat.

Provide clear, friendly, and solution-oriented communication.

Order Management

Support order processing, tracking, and follow-up.

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners as needed.

Content & Marketing Support

Help with social media support, and promotional activities.

General Administrative Tasks

Maintain organized records of tasks, orders, and customer interactions.

More Support as the shop grows.

Required Skills & Attributes

Fluent written and spoken English (clear, professional communication is a must).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience with e-commerce platforms ( WooCommerce, or similar).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

Knowledge of wigs, hair extensions, or beauty products.

Basic graphic editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).

Familiarity with digital marketing (social media, email campaigns).

Previous experience supporting online shops or customer service.

Trial & Long-Term Opportunity

Trial Role: This position begins as a short-term paid trial (e.g., 1–2 weeks) to evaluate performance and communication.

Long-Term Potential: Strong candidates may be invited to transition into a long-term, ongoing role with expanded responsibilities in operations, customer service, and marketing support.
