We are launching a premium online wig and extension shop, connected to a global education brand in the professional hairstyling industry. Our mission is to provide high-quality products and education to hairstylists and clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated assistant to support our e-commerce operations during a trial period, with the potential for ongoing, long-term work if successful.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via
Provide clear, friendly, and solution-oriented communication.
Order Management
Support order processing, tracking, and follow-up.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners as needed.
Content & Marketing Support
Help with social media support, and promotional activities.
General Administrative Tasks
Maintain organized records of tasks, orders, and customer interactions.

Required Skills & Attributes
Fluent written and spoken English (clear, professional communication is a must).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with e-commerce platforms ( WooCommerce, or similar).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
Knowledge of wigs, hair extensions, or beauty products.
Basic graphic editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Familiarity with digital marketing (social media,

Trial & Long-Term Opportunity
