About The Role
• Build and optimize Amazon listings end to end main images, image stacks, A+ Content & Brand Story, Brand Store assets.
• Run purposeful creative experiments (Manage Your Experiments, PickFu) to lift CTR/CVR while staying on policy.
• Translate customer insights and reviews into packaging, inserts and listings
• Partner across PPC/SEO/pricing so creative supports ranking and profitable growth.
• Build A+ Content modules and Brand Story; optimize for readability and claim safety.
• Prepare variants for A/B tests (Manage Your Experiments, PickFu) and summarize learnings.
• Maintain file hygiene: naming/versioning, export presets, Adobe Libraries.
• Collaborate asynchronously; hit weekly handoffs

Must Haves
• 5+ years professional design experience; 2+ years ecommerce design experience.
• Curated portfolio with Amazon listings (image stacks) and A+ Content/Brand Story you personally designed
• Strong photo compositing and typography; meticulous attention to detail.
• Adobe CC (your license) and reliable internet.
• 2 hours overlap with Lisbon (UTC+1 summer / UTC+0 winter).
• Clear English communication and a data driven iteration mindset.

Brownie Points (Optional)
• Packaging/die line experience (CMYK, bleed, printer ready).
• On Amazon/MYE and PickFu testing experience.
• 3D/mockup skills
• Video Editing
• Photography

Compensation & Hours
• $500–$700/month (part time 20 hrs/week).
• Monthly USD payouts
• 2 hours overlap with Lisbon (UTC+1 summer / UTC+0 winter) morning time
