We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative tea
This is not a content creation or editing role. You’ll work with raw materials provided by clients and direct them through planning, copywriting, scheduling, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Coordination
• Create and manage detailed monthly and weekly content calendars for multiple brands using spreadsheets.
• Write compelling captions, calls-to-action, and select hashtags aligned with each brand’s unique voice.
• Generate creative Reel ideas with clear descriptions and filming instructions.
• Schedule posts in Meta Business Suite according to approved calendars.
• Collaborate with our editor to provide precise creative direction.
• Stay on top of social trends and adapt them to fit each brand’s tone and visual style.
• Use AI tools to support brainstorming, structuring, and workflow efficiency, always ensuring final content is polished, human, and brand-specific.
Engagement & Community Building
• Respond to DMs and comments promptly with an on-brand, friendly tone.
• Welcome new followers and start meaningful conversations.
• Engage with other accounts (likes, comments, DMs) to build community and increase visibility.
• Repost relevant stories from our audience or aligned brands.
• Post stories provided by our design team based on the content calendar.
• Escalate questions or concerns to the appropriate tea
Requirements
• Perfect written English with the ability to shift tone for different brands.
• Proven experience in content planning, copywriting, and social media engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and Slack.
• Professional use of Instagram and
• Creative and critical thinking with excellent organizational skills.
• Availability during U.S. business hours.
• Ability to use AI intelligently as a support tool for brainstorming and efficiency, not as a replacement for your own creativity. You must know how to refine AI output so it feels natural, strategic, and tailored to the brand.

Scenario:
You are working with a women-owned permanent jewelry brand. Their voice is: chic, confident, approachable, and a little playful. They don’t use emojis at the start of captions, and they keep the tone modern but not “chatbot-y.”
Raw material (provided by client):
• Video clip of a bracelet being welded on a customer’s wrist.
• Customer says: “I’m so excited, I’ve been waiting weeks for this!”
• Goal: Drive Instagram engagement + encourage bookings.
Task Instructions:
1. AI Draft: Use any AI tool you like to generate 3 caption ideas for this post. Paste the raw AI output exactly as it comes.
2. Your Refinement: Choose 1 caption idea and edit it into your final polished version.
3. Your Explanation: In 3–4 sentences, explain how you used AI in your process, what changes you made, and why those changes make it stronger and more on-brand.
