Long Form Video Editor (VSLs + Youtube)

I'm looking for a part time remote video editor who can work with me 1-1.

Currently we're doing 2-3 new youtube videos per week and one new VSL (video sales letter) so total of 4 long form videos/week.

Videos will be anywhere from 5-30 minutes long.

The editing style is similar to Iman Gadzhi's.

We're looking for someone who's experienced with full production of youtube videos and independent. If you know how to do thumbnails, thats a bonus as well!

We can pay anywhere from $30-50 per youtube video, depending on the length and quality.

We'll start with pay per youtube video project and if our working styles match, then we will move to a monthly salary + bonuses for speed + quality.
