Finance Virtual Assistant – US LLC Accounting & Funding Specialist

Work Hours: Part-Time (20h/week to start, option to scale)
Salary: $600–$1,000/month USD depending on experience

About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Virtual Assistant who understands US LLC funding and bookkeeping. This role requires more than standard accounting — we need someone seasoned in helping US companies (with EIN but no SSN owner) access funding, credit cards, and business financing solutions, while also keeping books clean and compliant.

Responsibilities

Manage company finances across Wise, Stripe, and Mercury accounts.

Record and reconcile transactions (no QuickBooks yet, but setup may be required later).

Build and maintain financial reports (monthly P&L, cash flow, balance).

Research and apply for US business funding/credit options for LLCs without SSN.

Support financial planning, budgeting, and tax prep coordination.

Maintain clear communication with CEO regarding cash flow, funding progress, and accounting updates.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Finance/Accounting VA for US companies.

Knowledge of US LLC structures, EIN-only funding, and business credit systems.

Hands-on experience with Wise, Stripe, Mercury (QuickBooks/Xero optional, but a plus).

Excellent English skills, strong reporting, and attention to detail.

Proactive, resourceful, and able to suggest funding strategies.

Bonus Skills

Experience preparing documentation for US banks, lenders, and fintech platforms.

Understanding of SaaS/subscription business models and Stripe reporting.

Ability to advise on international structuring (US/UAE).
