Sales Virtual Assistant – AI SaaS Outreach

Work Hours: Part-Time to Full-Time (starting 20–30h/week, option to scale to 40h/week)
Salary: $600–$900/month USD depending on experience + bonuses

About the Role
We are hiring 3 Sales Virtual Assistant to generate leads and convert them into free trial users for our AI-powered sales and marketing automation platform. This role is hands-on and fast-paced — you’ll be actively reaching out to business owners daily, guiding them into a trial, and showcasing how AI agents and automations save them time and money.

Responsibilities

Perform daily outreach on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and email (using templates and custom scripts).

Handle cold calling when needed.

Promote free trial offers and communicate product benefits clearly.

Demonstrate AI use cases (chat, voice, booking, support).

Manage CRM pipelines in GoHighLevel (GHL), track conversations, and schedule follow-ups.

Send daily/weekly reports on outreach numbers and conversions.

Requirements

Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM (pipelines, automations, workflows).

Track record in cold outreach via email, DM, or calls for SaaS, marketing, or B2B services.

Excellent English writing and speaking skills (confident communicator).

Hands-on, fast, and results-oriented personality.

Stable internet connection and ability to work independently.
