Video Editor Position

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our growing agency. This remote position offers consistent work with predictable deliverables and competitive compensation structure.
Compensation


Base Salary: $500/month
Performance Bonus: Up to $150/month
Total Potential: $650/month


Job Requirements:

Daily Responsibilities:

Edit 1 YouTube video per day (approximately 30 videos per month)
Maximum workload: 1.3 videos per day during peak periods


Video Types & Editing Requirements:

Type 1: Simple Edit Videos (33% of workload)

No motion graphics required
Direct presentation content
Estimated time: 20 minutes per video
Straightforward cut and polish editing

Type 2: Standard Edit Videos (67% of workload)

Add simple intro sequence (clip out existing intro)
Include one motion graphic element per video
Combine face cam with presentation background
Subject freestyles over presentation slides


Technical Skills Required:

Proficiency in video editing software
Ability to sync face cam with presentation content
Basic motion graphics implementation
Understanding of YouTube video formatting
Efficient workflow management for daily output
