Wordpress Developers - Must Live in Cebu

We are on the hunt for an experienced front-end Wordpress developer & designer to join our marketing solutions team digital (based in Melbourne, Australia) for continual ongoing contract or permanent part-time work, potentially leading to full-time work.

As one of our developers, you will be responsible for delivering consistently beautifully designed and functioning websites for a really diverse range of small to medium business clients and heading up team expansion as required.
We're a flexible and easy going bunch, but take our websites and design really seriously. Our expectations are high and we are proud that every website we deliver stands up to a benchmark for quality design, customised development and attention to detail, something you'll need to deliver on every time.
We are a well established company and have a well oiled system, so you can expect excellent communication, briefing and support, along with a continual flow of work. In return, we're looking for excellent communication, timely deliveries, strong current technical and design aptitude, and a high level of attention to detail to get every single part of the site right before it gets delivered.

You can work from home but will be relocated to an office in Cebu - if so, you must be available for Skype meetings with clients when required and be free to take calls and emails during office hours. While we're flexible in working around your other commitments, you'll need to be able to commit to giving us at least 20 hours a week minimum to start with (if you can do more, great).


Essential:
• Solid front end Wordpress development/design experience for customised responsive sites, with two years minimum experience in commercial web dev/agency environment.
• Wordpress experience.
• Understanding of SEO process and ability code as required
• Fine tuned attention to detail and preparedness to test, test, test.
• Efficient and able to work fast and well under pressure to deadline.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and an understanding of working with clients.
• Looking for an ongoing permanent position.
