Virtual Assistant – Canva + ChatGPT (Part-Time, Flexible Hours)

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me build and organize professional documents for an online golf coaching program hosted in Skool. This role is focused on using Canva to create polished PDFs (worksheets, handouts, checklists, etc.) and ChatGPT (my account) to draft and refine content.

The right candidate will be able to take ideas, notes, or rough drafts and turn them into professional, on-brand documents with minimal supervision. You should enjoy working independently, following style guidelines, and keeping things consistent across multiple projects.


Responsibilities
• Create and format professional PDFs using Canva (templates, layouts, and graphics)
• Use ChatGPT (my account) to structure and draft content for worksheets, checklists, and handouts
• Build and edit slide decks in Gamma
• Organize and maintain program documents (naming conventions, version control, etc.)
• Deliver work on time with accuracy and consistency


Requirements (Must-Have)
• Proficiency with Canva (must provide actual PDF examples, not just social media posts)
• Proven experience using ChatGPT for content drafting, refining, or workflow support
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions carefully
• Independent worker with minimal need for revisions


Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
• Experience using Skool for online courses or communities
• Experience using Gamma for slide decks and presentations
• Basic knowledge of golf (helpful but not required)


Hours & Pay
• 15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
• $5–$7 USD/hour, depending on skill level and experience (paid bi-weekly via PayPal or Wise)
• Long-term/more hours possible if it’s a strong fit
