Overview

We are hiring a long-term Virtual Assistant to manage e-commerce operations for two brands:

Sovana Jewelry – minimalist, celestial-inspired jewelry

New Beauty Brand – argan oil shampoos and haircare

You will begin with part-time support (20h/week) for Sovana only. In 1–2 months, your role will expand to full-time (40h/week) as you take on the Beauty brand as well.

? Responsibilities
Shopify Store & Apps

Upload products (variants, SEO titles, alt text, images)

Manage collections, bundles, discounts, menus

Operate Shopify apps: Gildform (custom jewelry now) + 3PL/warehouse apps (in 4–6 months)

Monitor inventory and fulfillment across multiple providers

Customer Service (Mandatory)

Respond to Shopify Inbox & email inquiries within 24h

Handle returns/exchanges with approved templates

Escalate complex cases quickly to the owner

Ads Support (Execution Only)

Upload creatives into Meta/Google Ads (under Ads Specialist’s SOPs)

Pull reports and basic data for review

Apply landing page edits requested

Content & Asset Support

Repurpose IG/AI content into Shopify blogs, emails, banners

Maintain influencer spreadsheets + UGC files

Organize assets in Google Drive (naming conventions provided)

2+ years Shopify experience (products, orders, app integrations)

Must be able to navigate Shopify apps:

Gildform (now)

3PL/warehouse integrations (soon)

Proven customer service skills (Shopify Inbox, returns, refunds)

Familiar with Meta Business Suite & Google Ads dashboards (execution only)

Basic GA4 knowledge (traffic & conversions)

Strong English writing (product copy + customer emails)

Comfortable with Canva for simple graphics

Organized, detail-oriented, proactive communicator

Able to adapt from one store ? two stores smoothly

Part-Time (20h/week): $375–450/month (first 1–2 months)

Full-Time (40h/week): $750–900/month (after handoff of second brand)

13th-month pay + performance incentives

Flexible, but must overlap 2–3 hours daily with EST (New York time)
