Amazon Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Store Manager to take ownership of our Amazon presence and help scale our brand. The right candidate will have a proven track record managing Amazon accounts and will be confident in handling all aspects of store setup, growth, and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize our Amazon store.
Create, optimize, and update product listings with strong keyword targeting.
Manage PPC campaigns and conduct in-depth keyword research to improve rankings and ROI.
Monitor account health and resolve issues including disapproved products or restricted listings.
Handle customer service queries promptly and professionally to maintain positive customer experience.
Track sales performance, run reports, and provide insights to improve results.
Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for product research and expansion.
Provide general support for customer service outside of Amazon as required.

Requirements
Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC, keyword research, and campaign optimization.
Experience building and optimizing product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ content).
Understanding of Amazon policies, compliance requirements, and how to resolve listing/product issues.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage customer service with professionalism and empathy.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have
Experience with product research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
Familiarity with managing multiple marketplaces (US, UK, AU, etc.).
Background in e-commerce outside Amazon (Shopify, etc.).
