Client refund status checker

Legacy Tax Services is seeking a detail-oriented individual to review client tax files and confirm which clients have received their refunds.

Responsibilities:
• Access client records through our system.
• Verify refund status for each client.
• Maintain accurate notes and updates.
• Report findings back in an organized manner.

Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

This is a temporary/contract position. Compensation will be discussed during the hiring process.
