Affiliate & Community Manager (TikTok Shop / Euka / Discord)

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable Affiliate & Community Manager to support multiple brands on TikTok Shop. You’ll help manage affiliate requests, ---------- communities, and communication with creators. This is not a growth strategist role — we’re looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and consistent who can handle day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Management (via Euka):

Monitor inbound sample requests daily.

Approve/decline affiliates based on brand criteria.

Track shipments and follow up with affiliates who haven’t posted.

---------- Community Management:

Welcome new affiliates and assign roles.

Post updates for launches, sales, and campaigns.

Answer affiliate questions (samples, tracking, commissions).

Keep the community engaged (reminders, polls, inspo posts).

Affiliate Communication:

Send announcements during sales and launches.

DM top performers to keep them active.

Share briefs/content ideas with affiliates.

Growth (Warm Expansion):

Use Euka search to find new relevant affiliates.

Invite them into ---------- and approve their requests.

Help grow each ---------- with quality creators (not just random sign-ups).

Reporting:

Weekly recap of affiliate activity, samples sent, ---------- growth, and posts live.

Flag top performers and inactive affiliates.

Requirements

Strong written English and clear communication skills.

Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Euka, or similar platforms (preferred but not required — training provided).

Experience managing ---------- or online communities.

Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
